The St. James Municipal Center is located at 100 S. Jefferson. It houses the offices of the Municipal Utilities, City Clerk, Public Works Director, the Mayor and the City Administrator. The Municipal Center is open between the hours of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday excluding federal holidays and during specific training or times of emergency. The Utility Office at the Municipal Center has a drive thru and an overnight drop box to speed up the process of paying your utilities bill.
