City Clerk
The City Clerk is the designated custodian of all city documents, records minutes of City Council meetings, oversees city elections and ballot issues, executes city contracts, certifies official documents, issues business licenses, pays city invoices, calculates and prints city payroll, and is the contact person for city departments and many other points of contact. The Parks Department is now responsible for all City Facility Rentals. Council Meetings are held at the City Meeting Hall at 1320 Nelson Hart Dr. in Nelson Hart Park on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M. unless the second Monday is a holiday then Council will meet the second Tuesday after the second Monday. Agendas and proposed ordinances for the Council Meetings are posted on the Public Notice Board in the lobby of the Municipal Center on Fridays before each meeting.
